What is your current INTENTION?

If you’re still trying to latch on to old reasons you started your business, you may be feeling a major disconnect. It’s time to rediscover what the purpose is behind your business and what you want to do for your customers. Sure we can desire money and vacations, but they cannot be the driving force behind what we do. Decide what it is you want for your people. How can you start producing that for them? How can you reconnect to them in an authentic way?

 

WHY do YOU need automation?

Every business is different, and there are components that can be automated. It’s a smart idea to take a good look at your business and establish where YOU really need automation. Avoid using templates and someone else’s strategies, if they are not a fit for your business. You may need more marketing automation, or you may need more automation with your customer service experience. When you decide why you really need automation, you’ll be able to create the right systems that fit your business perfectly.

 

Where should you start? 

Most businesses can benefit from automating their lead generation and sales journey. This is one of the most simple ways to automate, yet one that is neglected consistently. If you are hustling for every sale, chances are you are wasting precious time that could be spent creating in your business. Adding new offers or products, creating content- those are areas that are harder to automate. In order to stay consistent and remain authentic, look at the customer sales funnel and identify which parts could be set to autopilot.

What’s MY new WHY? 

After seeing how crazy the online marketing world has become, I have been digging deep to find a new reason to do what I do. If I see so many problems with the industry, isn’t now a perfect time to innovate and make changes? If I’m sick of skeezy marketing gimmicks, shouldn’t I teach others how to use marketing in an authentic way? Of course! This is the new purpose and intention behind my business. Money is a given, and I of course have financial goals and benchmarks in my business, but my WHY is separate from that.  I have always been motivated by fun, and now that FUN that I am focusing on is how to make marketing and growing your brand online a LOT more fun. Not something you dread or do because you have to- but because you WANT TO!
